About Position

We are seeking for Unity Game Developer who develops amazing next-generation games, including cutting-edge technologies such as Blockchains and Artificial Intelligence and actively participates in our agile game development process for both ongoing and new projects.

Responsiblities

- Create sample Web3 game projects using Unity Game Engine.
- Investigate, innovate and push forward new Web3 gaming standards.
- Participate in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Translate design and product documentation into technical specifications.
- Create authoring and/or debugging tools.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Create groundbreaking new features for our users and internal use.
- Create and maintain developer documentation, tutorials, and video materials.
- Identify areas of the developer experience which require improvement and push forward solutions.

Requirements

- Degree in computer science/information technology or relevant professional experience.
- Shipped at least one Unity game.
- C++/C# programming experience.
- Deep understanding of data structures, 3D math, and a Data-Oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of Unity assets and build pipeline.
- Knowledge of Unity team project best practices (prefabs, asset naming, organized scene hierarchy).
- Experience with Git or other DVCS.
- Able to work in a collaborative and distributed development environment with excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with Unity’s new Data Oriented Technology Stack (DOTS).
- Must be able to write clear and concise documentation and presentations.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Familiarity with third-party SDKs and backend services integration.
- Knowledge of the Android and/or iOS ecosystem, including the tools and APIs.
- Experience with memory optimization and space usage for support of older hardware.
- Experience with backend development and/or management, especially using cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, GCP, etc).
- Experience with 3D.
- Experience with Machine Learning/AI technologies and tools.
- Understanding of Blockchain technologies.
- Experience with a scripting language, such as Python or Go.
